Since Dunkin’ has a certain look and feel each restaurant must achieve, there was some selective demolition required to prepare the space for the build.

The exterior provides a recognizable storefront with prominent branding, while the interior focuses on efficient ordering, product displays, and casual seating. The overall layout supports customers stopping in for a quick purchase as well as those looking for a comfortable place to enjoy coffee and food.
