Since El Pollo Loco has a certain look and feel each restaurant must achieve, there was some selective demolition required to prepare the space for the build.

The exterior combines recognizable signage with a clean, accessible storefront, while the interior provides a casual dining experience with practical seating arrangements, service counters, and durable finishes. The design emphasizes efficient movement between ordering, food preparation, and dining areas, creating a welcoming space for customers.
